Let’s look at the process first on how to import svg files in Storyline 360. SVG stand for scalable Vector Graphics.

You can’t import svg files directly into Storyline. Storyline has no svg support at this moment. October 2019. But there’s a workaround and for this workaround you’ll need Powerpoint.
Two of the best tools are Inkscape and Gravit Designer where Gravit designer comes with a free version where you can do a basic svg export and a paid version of 99 dollars per years where you have full functionalities.
